p999 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules & Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and p999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the p999 website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your p999 account, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. p999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which adds an OTP verification step to your login and withdrawal confirmation process.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. p999 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have disclosed your credentials to a third party or failed to keep your login details secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact p999 support immediately via live chat. p999 may temporarily suspend your account while the matter is investigated to prevent further unauthorised activity. You should also change your password immediately if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

• Do not use the same password for p999 that you use on other platforms.
• Do not log in to your p999 account on shared or public devices.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on mobile devices used by multiple people.

All deposits on p999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer to all major Pakistani banks, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. p999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank or card issuer — may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside p999's control and are not reimbursed by the platform.

Deposits are credited to your p999 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is typically near-instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution.

• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposited amount.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are published on the Deposit page and are subject to change.
• p999 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals from accounts where deposits have been made.

Withdrawals from your p999 account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. p999 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own fees on receipt of funds, which are outside p999's control.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and dispatched by the p999 payments team. Standard withdrawal processing times are published on the Withdrawal page. Verified accounts operating within normal parameters will not experience unnecessary delays. Accounts that have not completed identity verification, or where unusual activity has been flagged, may be subject to additional review before withdrawals are dispatched.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods associated with your verified identity. Third-party withdrawal requests will not be processed.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balance and bonus winnings that have cleared wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts per transaction are published on the Withdrawal page.
• p999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawal requests. This may include requesting source-of-funds documentation.

If your withdrawal request is rejected, you will be notified with a reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements and payment method mismatch. Contact support if you need clarification on a rejected withdrawal.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses on p999 unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live Casino, Fish Games and Bingo may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity window.

p999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:
